| Description | My name is Zainab A. Aderinwale, and I am a Speaker, Author, and passionate advocate for women's empowerment and gender equality. As an aspirant in Individual and Organizational psychology, I have spent years inspiring women to believe in their abilities and pursue their goals, fostering positive interactions with life. My dedication lies in promoting diversity and inclusion, women's employment, and gender equality in the workplace. In my capacity as the Chief Executive Officer of Eartco Counselling and Consulting Limited (Eartco), I reach out to millions of youths worldwide, building their confidence and guiding them to become the best versions of themselves. Eartco's vision is to transform personal and business challenges into opportunities for a fulfilled life. Among my accomplishments is the publication of an inspirational book for youth titled "BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE," available on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/BE-THE-YOU-Fulfilled-ebook/dp/B08QZVJ183). The book is filled with uplifting messages to help young people reach their full potential. I have been honored to speak in various esteemed forums, including the African Women in Business Summit, where I addressed financial inclusion for women and the African Economic Renaissance. Additionally, I participated in the New Citizens Communication events of the Youth Symposium & Official Launching of the Publication, discussing issues affecting Nigeria's youth and proposing positive ways forward. My profile has been featured in notable publications such as the YOUNG FEMALE LEADER by Ladies in Business Magazine Global in the December 2021 edition and CHAMPIONS OF YOUTH ADVOCACY & HUMANITARIAN EXTRAORDINAIRE by Sail Women Magazine in the October 2019 4th edition, recognizing my outstanding contributions. Moreover, I have made appearances on various TV shows, including Hi-Impact TV Tea and Coffee on International Women's Day, discussing women's inclusion and breaking biases for access to socio-economic opportunities. I also participated in the Lagos State TV Inclusion for Democracy event organized by the European Union, sharing insights on Nigeria's youths in politics. My efforts have been recognized with several awards, including the "TOP YOUNG FEMALE LEADERS CATEGORY" at the SHE Awards by Ladies in Business Magazine Global in March 2022. I also received the "AWARD OF EXCELLENCE" from His Royal Majesty Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja II, Ooni of Ife, in acknowledgment of my significant contributions to women's development over the years.
