"The 1st place to go for Halal Vietnamese Cuisine" Fahmy's early career experience in guerrilla marketing strategy, branding, digitalisation and the halal industry helps transform his wife, Ms Aira Pham's, 75 year old family businesses to expand out of Vietnam. What started as a Halal Travel and Agriculture business expansion plan became a F&B expansion by accident due to Covid 19. A positive person by nature. Fahmy grasp the opportunity and started to expand and rebrand the Pham's family restaurants to Pham Quyen (the muslim owned wing) during Covid. Since their establishment in 2019, Pham Quyen had opened 2 Outlets, one in Pasir Panjang and one in Simpang Bedok, with the 3rd outlet coming up soon at Buona Vista Biopolis and is currently under renovation. Pham Quyen not only serve Authentic Vietnamese Cuisine, the trademark of the Pham's family 75 years in the industry. It also incorporated other Asian Cuisines that reflect Fahmy's own unique and diverse family background, from Indonesian, Malay, Chinese and even Philippine food.
