As a dedicated professional with a strong background in robotics, automation, and information technology, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to lead teams and manage complex projects. My experience spans various aspects of the industry, including maintenance, operations, client relations, and IT infrastructure management. In my current role as a Service Manager at OTSAW, I oversee the deployment and maintenance of Autonomous Guided Vehicles (AGVs) across multiple sites. I take pride in mentoring my team, ensuring that we deliver high-quality service and maintain strong client relationships. My proactive approach and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. My IT experience has been integral to my success in the robotics and automation field. I have a solid understanding of network systems, software integration, and data analysis, which enables me to effectively manage and troubleshoot the technological aspects of AGV operations. This technical expertise allows me to implement innovative solutions that enhance system performance and reliability.
